Use micro stir bar for mixing in vials, test tubes, spectrophotometer cells and other small-volume containers. Usable at temperatures up to 260°C. Alnico V magnet encapsulated in PTFE.
Cole-Parmer Lab Companion M5-52M Multi-position Stirrer, 10-position 100-240V
These multiposition stirrers have four user-friendly operating modes that allow the selection of specific rows and columns, individual stirring of each position, or simultaneous stirring of all positions. Units are easy to read with digital VFD control monitors and LED operating lamps. The advanced microprocessor PID controls accurately control stirring speed. Top plates are stainless steel for excellent chemical resistance. Brushless DC motors are quiet and durable. Gradual start-up, built in thermal shutdown, and current limit protection device provide user safety.

Stirring Shaft, 19mm, Polished, Chem-Stir, 3L-12L Flasks, 610mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 19mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2086. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Uses the same PTFE nut and bolt blade attachment method as the CG-2084 ground shaft.PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF GLASS BEARING.
